Sussex County town warns against scam targeting St. Patrick’s parade

NEWTON, NJ (Sussex County) – Organizers of the Sussex County St. Patrick’s Parade said scammers are trying to make people pay to sign up and join in the parade line up.

The event is 100 percent free and organizers said don’t fall for the scam.

Anyone with concerns can call 973-383-4746 and leave a message and they will return your call.

The Sussex County St. Patrick’s Parade is on Saturday, March 16 at 11:00 a.m. in Newton.
