Russ Long was a part of the original crew that signed WRNJ "on-the-air" for the first time in 1976. Since that time he has filled a number of positions in management, sales and news. In the summer of 1989, he assumed the duties of "Morning Man" and he's been waking up the residents of Northwest New Jersey ever since. Since then she's come to know a lot about the area, the people and their needs. Besides being the Straight-Man opposite Russ Long on the live morning show, Estey is a fill-in host for some of the stations community programs. Twice a year she coordinates political forums, to keep her listeners informed before they head out to the polls. Prior to joining WRNJ, Estey spent 2 years as the news director at WSUS, and interned at WNNJ, both stations are in Sussex County. Estey's off-air time is filled with family. She is a wife and mother of 3, an active member of her church, an avid reader, and has a daily regimen of exercise to benefit both body and mind.

When morning man Tony Rutledge moved to Alaska Lew moved to Morning Drive time for a few months until Jim West was hired for mornings and Lew moved to afternoon drive and was promoted to Operations Mgr. At the time (and it still is true today) Lew told GM Norman Worth that WRNJ could never be "too local" and that has been the key to WRNJ's success over the years. Lew brought the concept of "Swap n Shop" down from his experience with the program in Central NH. From 1983-1987 Lew pursued other radio positions in the Lehigh Valley and suburban Chicago. In the fall of 1987 Lew returned to WRNJ as a member of the sales department for about 12 years. Lew is currently still in sales in Fairfield NJ. Bill Weber: "Bill Weber has served as “Healthier Living” co-host at Maria Chervenak’s invitation in 1992. They’ve been agreeing to disagree on a wide range of topics ever since. When pushed, Bill will readily admit that it has been a privilege – for him. He says although he had majored in Broadcast Communications in college, it became increasingly clear as he worked in Washington, D.C., and the Lehigh Valley that he should look for a different career. Others agreed. Bill joined Hackettstown Community Hospital in 1988 and worked for many years in the Public Relations and Marketing area. He currently serves as Hackettstown Regional Medical Center’s manager of Internal Communications. He and his wife, Judy, live in Pennsylvania with their three cats. The five of them greatly enjoy the family hobby, bird-watching.
