1 flown to hospital after multi-vehicle crash on I-80 in Warren County

KNOWLTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – One person was flown to the hospital after a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 80 in Warren County Thursday afternoon, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Detective Jeffrey Lebron.

The crash happened at around 2:03 p.m. on Interstate 80 westbound at milepost 4.6 in Knowlton Township, Lebron said.

A preliminary police investigation revealed that a collision occurred between seven vehicles, Lebron said.

One passenger suffered moderate injuries and was flown to an area hospital. There were no other injuries reported, Lebron said.

The accident remains under investigation and no additional information was available, Lebron said.
